). But i was wondering if theres any elite (derv or non-derv) that would go nicely with this build (like maybe another enchant with end-effect)and what to take out for it. I've got no idea rlly, any suggestions or help would be appreciated

Back when I made this build originally I used Shadow Form + Deaths Charge, worked pretty good, the delay between the spikes / chain is somewhat long though and Necromancer's do it far better.

Vos, will make it so that i can't cast enchants om myself, so that would be kinda useless

But after some messing around i've found that Wastrell's Collaps works pretty well.
I can now take down every npc, except the ranger in the main shrines, yay me

I run a similar build that is D/N with arcane zeal as the elite to lower my costs and then after i sandstorm i use poisoned heart to take care of anybody that survived and death nova if im close to dying
